Registration:

Opening Ceremony:
At the Von Braun Center for all teams:
Teams need to arrive prior to 3:15 to participate.
All teams will be introduced by State.
Each State determines player’s attire.
Each team is encouraged to exchange gifts of pins, badges, etc. with other teams on the floor of the VBC from 3:15- 3:45p.m. (this is optional).
Car parking $5.00 at VBC.
Hotels:
Regional & AYSA Staff requires (MANDATORY) teams to go the Decatur Morgan County Convention and Visitors Bureau for hotel accommodations.

U17’s will begin play at 6:30pm Thursday June 6th, 2013.
All other age groups will be played Friday June 7th and Saturday June 8th at Jack Allen Complex and Spirit of America Complex at Point Mallard

Parking Passes:
There will be a parking fee for the Jack Allen Complex & Spirit of America
Pre-pay per tournament: $20 per car, come and go to entire tournament
On-site per: $15 per car, come and go to both sites per DAY –$40.00 per bus, come and go entire tournament. On site per: $30.00 per bus, come and go per Day
